Daniel Bycroft is a Special Counsel at Bell Legal Group where he also heads the firm’s new Embark entrepreneurship project.
He is widely known as one of Queensland's best dispute resolution lawyers practicing in all areas of litigation but specialising in strategic resolutions of complex differences of opinion, contractual disagreements, building and construction disputes along with corporate and personal insolvency.
He is a registered officer of the Supreme Court of Queensland along with the Federal and High Courts of Australia.
In his spare time he is the Chief Operating Officer and ASIC Responsible Manager of equity crowdfunding platform Crowdfunding.com.au where he guides the company’s overall direction, strategy and compliance.
He has an Honours Degree in Law from Bond University and has also studied in the United States at the University of Utah. He studied mandarin Chinese at Suzhou University along with politics at the East China University of Law and Politics in Shanghai.
