ABOUT ME: Chioma Amaechi is the principal/owner of CA Legal & Migration, a legal and migration firm. She has dual legal qualifications from both Australia and Nigeria. Chioma and was admitted to practice law in the Supreme Court in Nigeria in 2000 and the Supreme Court of South Australia in 2015. She also holds a Diploma in Financial Planning.
AREAS OF PRACTICE: Chioma Amaechi’s areas of migration practice are General Skilled Migration (GSM) visa applications, visitor visas, partner visa applications, migration information and advice, business sponsorship and nomination applications, appeals to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) or the Federal Circuit Court.
Chioma loves working with clients to clarify and resolve their migration matters. In addition, she consults with and provides advice to businesses that currently employ or are looking to employ foreign workers to fill critical skills in their business. She provides a remote service for clients Australia-wide and overseas.
