There are many reasons you might want to speak to a lawyer. We’ll go through some of the common ones below so you can see what type of lawyer you may need. But first, let’s look at the process of booking a video session.

Process of Booking a Video Session - It’s as easy as 1-2-3!

  1. You choose the right type of lawyer to do the review. If you’re unsure, just call us on 1300 66 46 88 and we’ll guide you.
  2. Prepare for your call. Verify your identification in your Dashboard by uploading your ID and details – we will check it and approve you or let you know what further ID you need. The lawyers are not permitted to give advice to people who have not been identified, so this is compulsory. Then set up your credit card or debit card details in your Membership section of the Dashboard. Don’t worry, only an authorization for the funds will be taken when you book – the actual money isn’t taken until after your session with the lawyer.
  3. Book in a time with your chosen lawyer. Be sure to send the lawyer any documents you want them to look at by uploading each one when booking the session and telling the lawyer a bit about your situation in the box provided. This will help them work out how long it might take to get your review done, so they don’t book another session straight after yours if they think you may need extra time.

What if 20 minutes isn’t enough time?

We’ve set up the system so that you’re totally in control. If you need more time, provided the lawyer you booked is able to extend also, you can just click a button to extend the session for another 10 minutes. You will be charged for the extra 10 minutes for half the cost you paid for the 20-minute session. You can up to 4 extensions but cannot extend the session beyond one hour. If you need more than an hour, you’ll need to book another 20-minute session.
